Bio: I am a freelance writer living on the Barrington Coast in NSW Australia. Adventurer, storyteller, recycler, lover of everything vintage or boho. I have a crazy dog, active toddler, school-age superhero and relax by writing travel tales, poetry and musing the journey of parent life. I think the world is magical and beautiful and I love sharing my experiences. Before I had my boys, I lived in the UK and got to travel a lot. When having our our own family, friends would ask me where to go on their travels and this blog was born. While solo backpacking around the world is not on the agenda, thank you Covid, our family still manages to travel. The focus has just shifted to local, family & pet-friendly experiences. I use this blog and my blog at the ancient mumma as form of cheap therapy there are my experiences, observations and bits of 'life'.
